Disclose — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Disclose is a party game published by Friendsmaker. You play with friends in the same room, each on your own phone. There is no account: you play anonymously, under a first name you choose.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.

1. What we collect

DataWhy
The first name you choose and your player photo (selfie)So your friends know who is who in a game.
An anonymous player ID and a device IDTo keep your games and your Premium access, and to apply the one-free-game rule. We also use Apple DeviceCheck, which stores two bits per device at Apple and nothing else.
What you write or say in a game (secrets, stories, answers)To run the game and show its results to the players of that game. In Liars Show, Apple's speech recognition turns your story into text; we never record or keep the audio.
Photos for Deepfake RouletteOnly the photos you approve in the grid. See section 3.
Group photo and game MemoriesSo the players of a game can look back at it.
Purchase statusTo know whether you are Premium. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card.
Push tokenTo send the few notifications you allowed (for example, "Your group photo is in.").
Usage and crash dataTo fix bugs and improve the game (screens viewed, actions, crashes). Not used for ads.

We do not collect your email, phone number, contacts, or precise location. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we never sell your data.

2. AI services

Some features use AI services that act on our behalf and only use the data to answer our request:

You can read this summary in the app too: Settings › AI & your data.

4. Who we share data with

The other players of a game see what you share in that game: your first name, your photo, what you write or say, and the photos you approved.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights and deleting your data

You can change your first name and your photo at any time in the app. To get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, write to tanguy@friendsmaker.com from Settings › Contact us and include the first name you play under. If you live in the EU, the UK or California, you have the rights of access, correction, deletion and objection given by your local law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

7. Age

Disclose is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
